Carat Diamond Vivid

Hi, how much do you think this diamond is worth?
This is colour and clarity enhanced 2.23 carat fancy vivid deep blue natural diamond. I'm wondering based on the specifications provided below in the certificate, what would be its RRP value. Click on the following links below the EGL certificate and photo:

Unfortunately it is real because there is a certificate of authenticity which proves it is not fake, and thus worth more than $1.50. But bear in mind that it is clarity and color enhanced so it would be cheaper than what you had in mind.
Colored diamonds do exist and are actually quite nice.
Ok, these people are clearly idiots or just very naive from top-end jewellery. FIrstly there is an EGL certificate which translated for you guys means a piece of paper from a diamond testing company proving it is real, yeah and they use a diamond hardness tester too, you know one of those things that goes beep when it touches a real diamond. Thus it would make one of this size very expensive, say $20 000 but considering it is COLOUR and CLARITY ENHANCED, this reduces the price significantly and especially when you are shopping on ebay. So I say, $5000.
