Capacity crowd for a festival site 300 square yards x 400 square yards?

I need to know how many people will a festival site measuring 300 square yards x 400 square yards will hold? Of course we will have a concert stage, several vendors and porta potties. Site plan is shaped like a baseball diamond, with the top end rounded if that makes any sense..

alright well a partajon is around 3 by 3 so 9 square ft a person is about 3 square feet
say 15 partajons 50 vendors each vendor being 100 square feet
thats around 5150 square ft taken up by vendors and partajons
the festival has 900x1200 ft which is 1,080,000 square ft - 5150=1074850 square ft for people to roam
now we will give some walking space, each person should have a 10 square foot area around them
thats about 5,150 people
