What kind of exercise is aerobic exercise and muscular strength and endurance?
Want to start exercising again two years of laziness. I used to sing but now I feel a little ... rust and grease. (Though not fat) Does anyone know how I get started? Should I go running? How quickly my heart rate is? (My end heart rate is 125) I thought I could would have to start with 30 minutes jogging and stretching. Anyway, can someone from you please explain these things to me? Thank you.
This is a big issue (many answers). But after 30 years of exercises (many stops and starts), four things can recommend: 1) start today. 2) Home small (about 20 to 30 minutes daily, as suggested to be great) 3) Do Anything physical that you enjoy (if you like running, then Run. Othewise, found something else). 4) Blend (daily, weekly, monthly). Change is good for the mind and body! Ideal to maintain interest and challenge your body. Good luck!
